Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is provided free of charge, and guests must log in using their room number and date of birth. Parents are always responsible for supervising their children within the hotel premises. Children must never be left unattended on the balcony and should not be allowed to climb on the furniture in the room or the tables and chairs on the balcony. For hygiene reasons, taking food and beverages out of the rooms is prohibited. Visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms or other areas within the hotel without informing security and reception. In such cases, the visitor will be asked to leave the hotel, and the guest will be charged the hotel usage fee equivalent to the number of unauthorized visitors. Making noise, playing loud music, or watching TV at a volume that disturbs other guests is prohibited within the hotel and in the rooms. Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in behavior that disturbs others. Those causing disturbances or engaging in fights may have their stay terminated. Any guest who damages hotel or room fixtures will be charged for the cost of the damaged items. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests who are excessively intoxicated. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other enclosed areas of the hotel. Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to use the complimentary safes provided in the rooms. The hotel management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. Throwing any items or trash from the room balcony is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed in the hotel or rooms. Guests with food allergies must contact reception and/or guest relations and fill out a food allergy notification form. Guests with contagious diseases or suspected contagious diseases will be isolated in the hospital or their hotel room and are prohibited from using common areas. The hotel is not responsible for money, belongings, valuable jewelry, or other items left behind. Found items will be kept at the hotel for one year.
